This ice pack is so easy to carry and to use.  They are an ideal solution for cool and soothing relief in first aid, sports and home settings. Work well on sprains, muscle strains, bumps, bruises, headaches, minor burns, etc.  Place in freezer for approximately 3-6 hours before using.

Can also be used as a hot compress, microwave pack for approximately 15-30 seconds.

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap.
